Workout Bench

The weight bench is equipped with an adjustable backrest. The backrest will provide comfortable support for your shoulders and back during exercises. This versatile exercise bench is constructed from high-quality steel, and the durable padded cushion will provide excellent comfort during your workout. The weight and dumbbell set features chrome-plated steel bars with quick-action spring collars (for the barbell), non-slip textured grips, and knurled star-shaped threaded caps (for the dumbbell bars) for secure attachment of the weight plates. The weight plates are made of a robust polyethylene shell. They can be combined in different ways depending on the training goals. Delivery includes an exercise bench, a dumbbell bar, two weight bars, six 1.25 kg weight plates, four 2.5 kg weight plates, two 5 kg weight plates, four end caps, and two spring collars.
